We are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading London developer, who, due to an increasing pipeline of major mixed-use residential-led developments within the M25, is hiring at least one Senior Development Manager to join their Central London office.

You will be joining industry leading professionals within the team, focusing on the acquisition, optimisation and gaining of planning consent through rigorous hard work and collaboration with colleagues and consultants. Working with highly experienced Land and Development Directors, you will focus on managing new and ongoing hybrid applications as well as existing Phases and re-working of consents.

Your role will involve:

·Pre-application, early feasibility studies and land stacks on potential development sites.

·Development appraisals, ongoing viability, S106 and financial modelling

·Understanding of and development a strategy on projects regarding asset class

·Talk to potential development partners

·Management of planning applications and consultants through the development process

·S73 and S96a applications

·Mentoring of more junior team members.

You will need to have:

·London project experience

·Track record in leading on major planning application and optimisation of major sites, ideally having managed hybrid schemes or major Phases.

·A background in either planning or development

·Strong communication and written skills.
