Resident Services Assistant
Location: Bolton
Salary: up to £28,000

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Resident Services Manager in delivering outstanding service to residents and maintaining high standards across the development.
Facilitate seamless resident experiences from on boarding to move-out, including conducting property tours, managing tenancy processes, and coordinating renewals.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality maintenance, logging work orders, and following up to completion.
Oversee property inventories, inspections, and report preparation to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Support planning and execution of engaging community events to foster a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.
Manage maintenance requests and respond to resident enquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Cover key RSM duties during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of service.
Key Skills
A proactive and personable individual with strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational abilities with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in property management, residential leasing, or a customer service-focused role (preferred).
Confidence in handling administrative tasks, including drafting documents and managing databases.
Familiarity with health, safety, and building compliance processes.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (with mileage reimbursement).
