Property Management Surveyor

Cobalt are delighted to be working with a leading UK Advisory Firm who have a proven track record in their ability to maximise value across a wide range of commercial property assets. With a dedicated team based in London and Bristol there is an immediate requirement for an accomplished Property Manager to join the Bristol office.

This role is perfect for a Property Manager with a passion for Real Estate and the desire to work as part of a fast paced and friendly team. You will play an important role as a valuable team member working closing with a key client. The role is very broad but key responsibilities will include overseeing the provision of services to a portfolio of commercial properties and regular liaison with tenants, solicitors, agents and consultants. The role will involve regular travel across the south and southwest of the UK and a full driving licence is essential.
