I am currently supporting a market leading Property Management specialist on their search for a Senior Surveyor, to join their Commercial team in Central London.

My client has billions of assets under management and works on behalf multiple clients globally from Fund Managers, REITs and other property owners.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide high quality day to day property management of an exciting London Office portfolio with a "hands on" and proactive approach.
To liaise with the credit controller to ensure all rent and other monies are collected and proactively manage payment plan applications and arrears recovery
To produce annual service charge budgets and reconciliations, and undertake regular service charge expenditure.
To build good landlord-tenant relationships with the tenants, meet with them on a regular basis, and be the main point of contact
To carry out regular property inspections.

Salary £50,000 - £65,000
