Role: Portfolio Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Cobalt have been exclusively contracted to assist a highly-regarded client side property business in their search for a senior Block Management professional.

This is the opportunity to join a well-established and friendly firm that will give you the support and guidance to become a true specialist within your field.

As a Portfolio Manager for this company, your key responsibilities will include:

• Looking after a portfolio all located in the South East London area

• Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas

• Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works

• Site visits to ensure good building condition

• Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance

• Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation

• Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
