Job Title: Property Manager (Block) - Residential Asset Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential blocks.

• Lead on AGM's & S20's

• Build strong client relationships and collaborate with residents.

• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential block management.

• Strong knowledge of property operations, maintenance, and financial management.

• IRPM qualification is desired.
