Block Manager

Are you an experienced property management professional, looking to join a reputable independent managing agent who are winning a huge amount of new business?

I am working for a successful managing agent based in zone 2/3 London, who are looking for an experienced residential property manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join the department and manage their own portfolio.

The portfolio will be roughly 500-600 units all located in Central London, and will be made up of a mix of different residential property types, leaning towards larger, more complex sites.

Location: SW London (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
• Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance
• Overseeing major works and serving Section 20 notices
• Site visits to ensure good building condition
• Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
• Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
• Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio

Key skills required:

• Significant experience managing a large leasehold portfolio
• IRPM Qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong customer service and communicative skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience

This position is open to Senior Property Managers, and Property Managers looking to take a step up.
