Cobalt are thrilled to be exclusively working with a market leading later living developer to help with growth in their Land and Development team. Based in Central London, but also having offices in South London, this lean, yet successful team acquire and get planning for later living developments across London and the Home Counties. Once planning is gained, this business either build out themselves or flip on.

Main requirements:

• Identifying and acquiring new sites

• Be a strong negotiator and keen to acquire sites on behalf of the business.

• Be adept at using Argus and Excel

• Strong property understanding across the wider sector including planning

• Be an excellent communicator with good technical and writing skills

​
