I entered the world of recruitment after much persuasion from a friend who was certain I would be great at it – she wasn’t wrong and I haven’t looked back since! Starting off working with Interim Town Planning professionals, I have now segued into the exciting world of Residential Development.
Connecting clients and candidates
I’m an analytical people person - my talent lies in being the connector that perfectly syncs up your skill set as well as personality into the right organisations. Clients are most pleased with my ability to bring the most relevant candidates to their doorstep who can easily integrate into their businesses.
Whether it’s getting someone that new role which is the next big step in their career or helping to build a brand-new team from the ground up, I love being a part of such an important journey.
Outside of work...
I’ve been an overly confident and avid yapper since childhood, so of course I fell into hosting/MC’ing. You can either find me hosting a variety of events from festivals to panel talks or throwing live music events promoting women in music.
