The Role:
As the Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our company, ensuring that all visitors and stakeholders receive a first-class experience. You'll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the office, handling a variety of tasks that keep everything running efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the Admin and Executive Assistant teams.

  • Manage incoming calls, screening, and transferring as needed.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.

  • Oversee the meeting room diary and manage bookings.

  • Respond to and manage email inquiries.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms.

  • Set up and assist with Audio Visual systems.

  • Liaise with Catering, Tech Service Desk, and Post room teams for event preparation.

  • Report faults or missing equipment to the Service Desk.

  • Assist with ad hoc duties, including organizing cleaners and logging helpdesk issues.

Personal Specification

  • Previous experience within a customer facing role, ideally within Real Estate setting.

  • High level of Customer service excellence and skills.

  • Ideally property or real estate experience from previous employment.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word, and any CRM system.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Professional and clear communication skills

  • Punctual and reliable with a high level of presentation skills

  • Reliable and enthusiastic nature with a strong passion for the companies brand and image
