One at Senior DM level and the other at DM, to take a lead on one or two of their upcoming schemes - with one of the projects being quite a long term role, both hires will need to have an interest in placemaking, strategy and have the interest and patience to work on such a project, as opposed to managing multiple smaller, fast-paced ones.
