We have lots of ambitious developments on the horizon, so it could not be a better time to join us. Our Midlands team are looking for two super motivated individuals to join the Birmingham office.

The Development Director will focus on industrial and logistics schemes, leading on finding, appraising, and delivering new development and investment opportunities across the Midlands region. An integral part of the team, you will take ownership of projects, overseeing and coordinating the full development process including market research, project appraisal, financial analysis, project team assembly and site procurement through to practical completion.

In addition, the Development Manager will support with regional projects, coordinating the full development process including market research, project appraisal, financial analysis, project team assembly and site procurement through to practical completion.
