They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Reporting Manager to lead the data reporting function within our client's real estate consultancy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's data-driven insights are accurate, timely, and effectively support decision-making processes across various business units.
Role Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end data reporting process, from data extraction and transformation to the delivery of insightful reports that drive business decisions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand reporting needs and ensure that all data reporting aligns with business objectives
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Ensure all data reporting activities comply with relevant regulations, data governance policies, and industry best practices.
Role Requirements
Must have strong data analysis and reporting skills
Experience working within Real Estate/ Property Management
An understanding of Real Estate Property Management systems (Yardi/MRI/Tramps etc.)
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
