Responsibilities:
- Oversee arrears and credit control procedures
- Liaise with customers to facilitate repayments
- Maintain accurate customer records and process payments
- Monitor credit exposure and mitigate bad debt risks
- Reconcile bank accounts and address service charge queries
- Transfer funds as necessary and assist with general administration and bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- Ideally, experience in credit control
- Strong communication abilities across all levels
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
