Property Accounts Administrator

Due to continuous growth our client are seeking a Property Accounts Administrator to join their team in their Manchester office.

This opportunity as a Property Administrator will be ideal for someone who is looking to join a successful company who comes from a property background. This role offers 1 day to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with property managers and agents to prepare and update service charge budgets

  • Chase rent and service charge arrears

  • Coordinate and organise meetings

  • Communicate with tenants and contractors; instruct minor works as needed

  • Raise purchase orders

  • Manage MRI property management software, coordinating with external agents and internal teams for data input and export

  • Collect and prepare reports

  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office management

Requirements:

  • Experience working on a Property Management system such as TRAMPS, Horizon, Yardi, etc. Ideally MRI and/ or Proactis

  • Property administration experience

  • Ability to prioritise work load

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Strong IT skills

  • Problem solving skills
