I am currently working with a boutique Property Consultancy who specialise within all commercial assets in Real Estate. My client is seeking a MRICS/APC Property Asset Manager at either Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level to join their team in London.
The role involves working on behalf of multiple clients for office, industrial warehouses and mixed use retail assets spread across Central London and the South East.
The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law, leases, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals and service charge budgets.
Salary between £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus + 5:3% pension.
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote working.
APC support is also provided.
