I am currently working on an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded Surveyor at Associate Director level, who has an appetite to pick up an existing workbook and encourage new client engagement.

The role would be a great match for an individual wanting to work for a leading consultancy firm and looking to take on responsibility for their work, with a desire to progress their career to the next level.

Some responsibilities include:

• Gathering market research to identify trends and other elements that will influence valuations.

• Inspecting and measuring different properties across the portfolio.

• Conducting meetings with prestigious clients.

• Producing reports and valuations across regional prime assets.

Experience required:

• MRICS qualified.
