Responsibilities:

  • Managing general bookkeeping, including invoices, receipts, checks, and utility payments.

  • Processing tenant payments into service charge accounts and ensuring accurate records.

  • Reconciling bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

  • Handling credit control by managing arrears and initiating necessary actions.

  • Addressing inquiries from leaseholders related to service charges and credit control.

  • Facilitating fund transfers as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous

  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
