Here are just a few of the key findings from our survey:

• Three-quarters (76%) of professionals in the built environment would look for a new job if their employer wasn’t looking after their mental health and wellbeing.

• Only 38% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the overall level of support given to them by their employer.

• Only 22% agree their employer is taking care of their mental health and wellbeing.

• Well over three quarters (83%) said it was very or somewhat important that a potential new employer has a comprehensive mental health and wellbeing strategy in place.
