Have you completed a Masters course in Urban Planning (or similar) and gained over 18 months professional planning experience? We are currently working closely with a highly revered planning consultancy in Manchester that is eager to welcome a talented Town Planner to their team.

Our client has an enviable roster of clients and a track record of delivering exceptional results across various sectors on flag ship projects across the country including residential, commercial, and renewable sector. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.

• Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.

• Preparing planning applications and documents.

• Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• A Town Planner with a Masters in Urban Planning or a related field (ideally RTPI accredited) and having made a start on RTPI APC.

• At least 18 months experience in a town planning role.

• Excellent research and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
