They are seeking Technical Account Manager provide essential support for a range of innovative real estate software solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for offering technical support to clients, helping to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across the company's product suite. You will work directly with clients to ensure successful product implementations and upgrades, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve technical issues by utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide customer support during software implementations and updates, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
Follow up on client inquiries, conducting thorough research and ensuring prompt resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and document more complex cases, contributing to the overall team success.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, scheduling regular calls to assist with setup and ongoing product usage.
Role Requirements
Hold a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Enjoy working with numbers and possess strong analytical abilities.
Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and providing remote support via phone and email.
Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming to exceed client expectations.
