The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations, ensuring that the company's technology solutions align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both technology and real estate, with a focus on driving efficiency and innovation in the company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for IT teams.
Work closely with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals, including system integrations, software upgrades, and new application development.
Lead and manage IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all business analysis activities and provide training to end-users on new systems and processes.
Contributing and often leading the design and evolution of the client's products.
Role Requirements
Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and experience with real estate management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
