Senior FP&A Associate- 8 month contract

£80,000 - £100,000 per annum

London / Hybrid working

Cobalt is currently supporting one of the leading Global Real Estate Investment Managers in their search for an FP&A consultant on an 8-month contract.

Our client is looking for a Finance Analyst to support on the delivery of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the FP&A Director on the end-to-end quarterly financial planning process, including the 5-year plan and budget

• Variance analysis and KPI reporting

• Cashflow modelling

• Business partner across various stakeholders

• Identify areas for improvement and efficiencies

Requirements:

• FP&A experience

• Investment Management industry experience

• Commercial acumen

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
