The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Retail Manager to collaborate with top-tier retailers and F&B operators, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Retail Manager, you will play a key role in fostering strong brand partnerships, driving sales, and analysing performance data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a robust retailer communications plan, including newsletters, email updates, and CRM management.

  • Gather and analyse retailer data, producing trend and KPI reports to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Monitor retailer performance through turnover reports and on-site observation, addressing concerns as needed.

  • Organise and manage brand partner meetings, ensuring insights and actions are effectively communicated.

  • Collaborate with service partners and stakeholders to enhance environmental practices and operational standards.

  • Support the planning and delivery of events, providing pre- and post-event analysis to assess impact.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to integrate brand partners into events, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.

  • Provide training and support to retailers through toolbox talks and workshops, ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience at a strategic level within retail, leisure, or hospitality.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to produce and interpret detailed reports and KPIs.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage teams and partners effectively.

  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the retail or F&B industries.

  • Familiarity with developing retailer communication plans and research methodologies.

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting processes in a retail setting.
