The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Retail Manager to collaborate with top-tier retailers and F&B operators, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Retail Manager, you will play a key role in fostering strong brand partnerships, driving sales, and analysing performance data.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a robust retailer communications plan, including newsletters, email updates, and CRM management.
Gather and analyse retailer data, producing trend and KPI reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor retailer performance through turnover reports and on-site observation, addressing concerns as needed.
Organise and manage brand partner meetings, ensuring insights and actions are effectively communicated.
Collaborate with service partners and stakeholders to enhance environmental practices and operational standards.
Support the planning and delivery of events, providing pre- and post-event analysis to assess impact.
Work closely with marketing teams to integrate brand partners into events, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
Provide training and support to retailers through toolbox talks and workshops, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Proven experience at a strategic level within retail, leisure, or hospitality.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to produce and interpret detailed reports and KPIs.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage teams and partners effectively.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure.
Desirable:
Experience in the retail or F&B industries.
Familiarity with developing retailer communication plans and research methodologies.
Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting processes in a retail setting.
