Key Responsibilities:
Property Inspections: Conduct thorough and systematic inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess their condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Report Generation: Prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and any observed issues. Communicate findings to property owners, managers, and relevant stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Maintenance Oversight: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified issues. Monitor ongoing maintenance projects to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant property management laws. Ensure that inspected properties adhere to all applicable regulations.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders. Address any concerns or inquiries related to property conditions promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property inspection or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of property management practices, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in report generation.
Proficient in using inspection tools and technology.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, construction management, or a related discipline) is preferred.
