Property Asset Manager

Cobalt has two requirements of a similar nature, Property/Asset Manager positions with two prominent London landlords of mixed commercial and residential property portfolios.

Both are unique in the offering to their occupiers and in their strategy for the coming years and therefore require an experienced property management professional with strong commercial acumen, preferably with a degree of client-side experience, to be actively involved across each of the allocated portfolios.

Requirement:

​

• 4-8 years experience in commercial property/asset management

• Thorough understanding the mixed-use property landscape - office, retail and leisure, residential, alternative

• Monitoring of multiple service charges, across numerous schedules

• Identifying property defects and asset improvements, coordinating capex works and value-add projects

• Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews, re-gears and terminations

• Managing relationships with stakeholders varying in seniority and with numerous suppliers, consultants and legal professionals

• Familiarity the full cycle of the asset transaction process - valuation, leasing, acquisition/disposal, development

• Proficiency with Excel and the management of property-related software

• MRICS is desirable
