Property & Asset Manager

I am currently partnered with a highly established UK consultancy who are looking to grow the team, they are looking for a Property and Asset Manager who is wanting a varied role within Commercial Property Management. You will want to work closely to build relationships with new and existing clients, lease with the wider team and work for a company who offer a great competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients, their solicitors and tenants daily, dealing with tenant applications and identifying and pursuing Asset Management opportunities - lease re-gearing, refurbishment and redevelopment, lease surrenders, dilapidation's.

• Organising repair and maintenance work, including liaising with tenants and contractors, arranging access and checking that works are completed.

• Assisting with inspections, collection of monies, and the preparation of service charge budgets.

• Working on value-add incentives across the properties and working closely with clients to understand their needs.

The Right Person:

• You will have experience as a property manager within a commercial environment, have a proven track record with service charge budgets and expenditures, and be confident in your abilities.

• You will be MRICS qualified and have worked within a similar environment.

• You will have a strong understanding of the L & T act 1954 and have worked with both Landlords and Tenants.
