M&E MANAGER (BUILDING SERVICES MANAGER)

£75K - £85K (DOE)

My client, a leading commercial build contractor, is seeking an experienced M&E Manager (Building Services Manager) to drive the delivery of MEP strategy for two projects valued at around £90 million. Responsible for end-to-end M&E management, from procurement to handover, including overseeing M&E design consultants and junior engineers/managers.

You will be working for a leading construction & development organisation, delivering high-quality projects across public and commercial private sectors.

​

Your day-to-day duties will consist of;

• Managing M&E activities emphasising H&S, Quality, and Programme

• Procuring and managing the design and production of packages

• Liaising with other trades on a day-to-day basis

​

To successfully apply for this role, you will need to have;

• Experience within the commercial build sector, preferably on education projects

• Experience managing MEP subcontractors and packages

• Relevant Building Services qualifications (M&E) - non essential but preferred

• M&E experience working with a main contractor

​
