Loan Servicing Analyst - NPL (2-year contract)

I have partnered with an excellent real estate loan servicer who is looking to hire a junior commercial Real Estate Specialist at the early stages of their career who is hungry to get exposure to the real estate finance market.

About the business

Owned by a PERE 100 firm, my client has cutting-edge infrastructure built in-house, bespoke for them that allows them to provide market-leading support to their key client. They are working to focus on the NPL or distressed space and to provide elevated return preservation and support recoveries in tumultuous markets.

Your Profile

* Proven financial, analytical, and organisational skills.

* Fluent in English (high proficiency required).

* Strong interest in/understanding of the Real Estate Debt sector.

* Business school, engineering institution, or university degree or equivalent.

* Previous experience in a financial institution is appreciated, including roles in banks, loan portfolio management teams, asset management companies, or loan service providers.

* Strong interest in/understanding of loan documentation.

Please note this is a junior position for somebody at the early stage of their career, or graduate level with relevant knowledge or experience.
