• Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

• Locations: West London

• Hours: Mon-Fri (8:30 AM-6:00 PM) + Alternate Saturdays (2/month)

A well-established and expanding real estate agency is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to oversee multiple branches. Known for their dynamic approach and commitment to excellent customer service, this agency specializes in property sales, lettings, and valuations, making it a trusted name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at multiple branches, ensuring smooth processes and high performance.

• Lead, motivate, and support teams to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Recruit, train, and manage staff to build a collaborative and productive environment.

• Handle valuations, sales progression, financial services, and client communications.

• Identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and drive business development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in real estate management or a related field.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proven knowledge of residential sales and lettings legislation.

• A results-driven attitude with excellent negotiation skills.

• A valid UK driving license.
