Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a passion for driving results and achieving full occupancy at optimal rental rates? A market leading student accommodation provider are seeking a motivated and strategic individual to join their team, playing a crucial role in ensuring their student accommodation properties thrive in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to secure lettings in challenging areas.
Inform and shape agent strategies, identifying potential new partnerships.
Assist with key KPI reporting and contribute to board-level presentations.
Collaborate with senior management to create and review the annual sales strategy.
Input into pricing decisions and ensure comparative data is consistently updated.
Manage the sales budget and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Identify and overcome obstacles to lettings, developing effective solutions.
Collaborate on process adaptations throughout the year.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold an ARLA qualification and boast 4+ years experience in residential lettings.
