Cobalt Recruitment are working with a large NHS Trust in Cheshire to recruit an interim Quantity Surveyor for an initial 4-6 month contract, paying £28.00-£32.00 per hour LTD rate (inside IR35, via Umbrella Company) depending on experience.
Reporting into the Director of Estates & Facilities, the successful candidate will take the cost management lead for the trust's Capital, Estates & Facilities function. Our client is looking for a confident and driven individual with cost management experience within the NHS to work collaboratively with the Capital, Estates and Facilities teams.
You will have/be:
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Experience in project delivery and cost management in the healthcare sector.
Ability to lead and direct multidisciplinary design and operational teams.
Ideally a formal qualification in Prince II or similar with knowledge of HBN's and room data sheets.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Comprehensive Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and/or Oracle Project management software.
