Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic management of a significant portfolio of industrial properties.

• Oversee all aspects of facilities and property management to ensure the highest standards are maintained across the portfolio.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement asset strategies that align with business objectives.

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of property professionals, including Associate Directors.

• Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices across the portfolio.

• Oversee financial performance, budget management, and compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in property and facilities management, ideally within industrial or commercial portfolios.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams at a strategic level.

• Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of property and asset management.

• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, BIFM) are desirable.
