Financial Reporting Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW

A prominent oil & gas firm based in Saudi Arabia, are recruiting for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their strategy team. If you are ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified, with at least 10 years of analysis experience then this role is a great opportunity for you to relocate and broaden your skillset.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting you will be responsible for:

• Consolidate finance data for multiple legal entities

• Prepare financial statement reports and report to senior management

• Analyse currently financial performance and make recommendations for improvement

• Prepare confidential and technical financial reports and forecasts

• Coordinate with auditors and provide full support for audit/review of financial statements

• Act as a finance business partner to key stakeholders within the business

• Provide Joint Venture, M&A integration support from a financial statement perspective

EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS

• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA

• Business-related masters degree from a top university (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths)

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial and investment analysis

• Track record in financial statement production and consolidation

• Excellent communication and business partnering skills

• In-depth understanding of IFRS accounting principals

• Extensive excel and modelling experience
