Senior Financial Accountant

£300 - £350 depending on experience

Cobalt is currently supporting a Property company in their search for a Financial Accountant to join their team on a long term contract.

This business is looking to hire a Financial Accountant on an initial contract to lead the production of monthly, financial and regulatory reporting and consolidations.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS/ UK GAAP

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts

• Producing UK VAT returns

• Investor reporting

• Calculating management and performance fees

• Internal and external stakeholder management

• Liaising with internal and external auditors

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

• Organised individual

• Strong knowledge of IFRS

• Strong Excel skills
