Finance Manager - 8 month contract

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Cobalt is exclusively supporting a family owned business in London, who are looking for a Finance Manager to join on an initial 8 month contract. This role encompasses both bookkeeping and secretarial duties, with the successful individual being the point of contact for all queries in the office.

Key responisbilities:

• Multi-currency and multiple daily bank reconciliation's
• Process and pay supplier invoices
• Credit control
• Liase with accountants for VAT returns & year end
• Recharge invoices
• Inbox monitoring and actioning
• Credit card reconciliations
• Ad-hoc duties as required e.g. filing, secretarial assistance
• Journals
• Payroll journals
• Water and electric meter readings
• Month end management accounts
• Year End preparation
• Manage the office and maintenance contractors

Personal specification

• Well organised
• Excellent communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Extensive Bookkeeping experience
• Quickbooks experience desirable
