A privately backed back real estate developer/investor who focus on industrial properties across the US and Europe. They have grown in Europe over the last few years with a number of investments, joint ventures and new developments with over $200Bn AUM globally

We are assisting their search for a Finance Manager for a 12 - 15 month contract to cover maternity across a number of key assets and investments across Europe. This role works closely with the Financial Controller in supporting the day to day management of the EU real estate investments

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordination and oversight of the of annual budgeting process for the portfolio working closely with third parties across Europe

• Review and reporting of financial statements under IFRS as well as tax compliance, risk analysis and budget variance analysis

• Production of asset management fee schedules and distribution calculations for the board approval

• Oversight of valuation process for real estate assets and management of lender coordination and compliance with all loan requirements including cash management requirements

• Complete relevant Tax, VAT and regulatory reporting with the 3rd party providers and property managers

• Management of intercompany financing instruments with the structures

Key Skills

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

• Relevant working experience within Real Estate preferably a fund

• Strong stakeholder management experience and working knowledge of working closely with 3rd parties

• Strong attention to detail and communications skills to ensure deadlines are met

• Ability to solve problems and build strong interpersonal relationships internally and externally
