Finance Business Partner - Maternity cover

£40,000-£45,000 per annum + completion bonus

Cobalt is currently supporting a prestigious Real Estate business in London in their search for a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a maternity cover.

The successful individual will be responsible for business partnering across multiple sites, understanding the business performance and costs, whilst supporting on the budgeting and forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on the budgeting and forecasting processes

• Provide analysis for cash flow forecasting

• Business partnering across multiple sites

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, and prepayments

• Support the audit process

• Ad hoc support to the wider finance team

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA part-qualified/finalist/ newly qualified

• Good communicator, both written and verbal

• Strong Excel skills

• Immediately available
