Facilities Manager

Cobalt is seeking a confident Facilities Manager on behalf of a boutique property management company with a vast portfolio in and around London

This role presents you with the opportunity to manage multiple commercial buildings ranging in size, on behalf of our client.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Upholding a top level customer service for all clients and tenants

• Overseeing the effective maintenance of plant and building fabric across your portfolio;

• The ability to set/manage a service charge budget.

• Ensuring full compliance with H&S legislation, signing off on permits to work, and overseeing RAMS;

• Managing the work of external contractors for hard and soft services;

• Checking in with the occupiers on a regular basis to ensure their professional needs are catered to.

An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is desired for this requirement given the level of health & safety experience necessary.
