Cobalt is working alongside a well-respected landlord known for their dynamic commercial assets across London, seeking to hire a Facilities Manager.
The properties in question are based in and around West London boasting excellent transport links. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for a cluster of characterful commercial assets in managing both the physical asset and the TFM service provision, all whilst keeping a very specific eye for detail to create a first-class service for the occupiers.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the effective maintenance of the building plants and fabric in terms of both planned and reactive works.
Building relationships with service providers to ensure that their level of service is in line with the expected SLA.
Exposure to managing the service charge budget.
Overseeing the fit-out and refurbishment projects on the property.
Ensuring full H&S compliance, conducting regular site inspections, signing off RAMS and permits to work etc.
Conducting site walk-throughs on a regular basis.
Managing the Facilities Technicians as well as external contractors for M&E, security, and cleaning.
Our client is looking for someone who wants to grow within the company - they are looking for candidates who have the right attitude and feel that their customers come first. An IOSH is essential.
We will also consider candidates wanting to move up from an assistant FM or BM position who have the drive to develop in this quickly growing market.
