Cobalt is offering the opportunity to start your career in Facilities Management within a dynamic, forward-thinking business that is looking to train and develop a Facilities Assistant in a newly-created role.
The Facilities Assistant will form a key part of the on-site team, helping with all operational aspects of the mixed-use estate and enhancing workplace experience through a variety of initiatives. This includes interacting with customers and tenants and assisting with event planning and execution. We are therefore seeking an energetic and proactive individual eager to learn and grow, with opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the team with the daily operations of the estate and office, including some front desk duties.
Provide administrative support to the estate Manager.
Organize and prepare for meetings and VIP visits, including arranging catering and setting up meeting spaces.
Help plan and support various events at the Park, such as tenant engagement activities, community events, and charity initiatives.
Ensure marketing materials are current and properly displayed throughout the park.
Assist with regular inspections of the park and buildings to ensure high standards of presentation and service delivery, noting any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
Develop an understanding of Health and Safety regulations and report any issues following company policy.
Our client is happy to offer this role on either a full or part-time basis depending on your preferences.
As this is an entry-level role into facilities management, no experience in the industry is required, however a background in property/FM of some description would be an advantage. It is essential that you have performed within a customer-service focused role previously, and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in pursuing a career in Facilities, Estates, and Building Management. An IOSH would be seen favorably but again is not essential as qualifications will be supported by our client.
If you are interested please apply online immediately as this role may appoint before the closing date of this advert.
