Role Overview
Cobalt is delighted to be working with a leading global real estate company that is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join their team, focusing on a retail portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and interpreting key data sets to drive business insights and optimise performance across the portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious business on an exciting and dynamic portfolio.
Role Responsibilities
Assist in integrating data from multiple sources into databases, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Monitor and assess the performance of the retail assets, including sales analysis, foot traffic, and revenue metrics.
Work closely with asset managers, property managers, and finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations to improve portfolio performance
Respond to specific requests from senior management, generating reports and insights based on current market trends and property data.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing and following best practices for data quality and validation.
Role Requirements
Experience in a data analyst role, ideally within real estate or retail sectors.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Proven ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication skills to present findings and reports to stakeholders at various levels of the business.
Strong focus on data accuracy and the ability to handle complex datasets with precision.
