Corperate Receptionist

Cobalt is partnering with a leading property consultancy who are looking for a corporate receptionist to join their growing business. Your responsibility would be to provide a high level of front-of-house service and support to ensure the smooth running of the reception and assist the facilities and building team with any administrative tasks that could be required.

Key responsibilities;

  • Ensure incoming telephone calls are managed efficiently and that customers and stakeholders are directed to the appropriate staff member.

  • Greeting all visitors, carrying out a high level of customer excellence

  • Forwarding all incoming emails that are received to the generic mailbox

  • Raising repair jobs and raising ad-hoc PO's

  • Assisting the building and facilities management team with any ad hoc administrative tasks.

  • Data management of CRM database, ensuring information is kept up to date.

  • Building strong relationships with clients, occupiers guests, and stakeholders.

Key skills;

  • Strong attention to detail

  • IT Skills - Efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, and Excel

  • The ability to work independently with little supervision over tasks

  • A practical approach prioritising tasks and a 'can-do' attitude

  • Previous experience within a Corporate Receptionist or Front of House role.

  • High level of Customer service excellence and skills.

  • Ideally property or real estate experience from previous employment.

  • Reliable and enthusiastic nature with a strong passion for the company's brand and image

  • Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with good use of grammar and spelling

  • Professional and friendly manner both in person and over the phone

  • Self-sufficient in terms of dealing with issues

  • Efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, and Excel
