With a dedicated team in both London and Bristol, we're seeking a talented Property and Asset Manager to join our dynamic Bristol office.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Property Manager who is passionate about Real Estate and eager to thrive in a collaborative environment. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with a high-profile client, playing a vital role in managing a portfolio of commercial properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the provision of services to a diverse range of commercial properties.

• Regularly liaising with tenants, solicitors, agents, and consultants to ensure seamless property management.

• Traveling across the South and Southwest of the UK to manage your portfolio, so a full driving license is essential.

Who We're Looking For:

• We welcome applications from candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a commercial property environment and to be MRICS.

• Up-to-date knowledge of current landlord and tenant legislation.

• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

• A proactive and client-focused approach to property management.
