This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified RICS-accredited Management Surveyor to join a well-respected Advisory firm, delivering a range of Property Management Services to national investor clients.

Applicants will possess a proven track record in Commercial Property Management, however, my client is willing to consider candidates moving from a broader General Practice background. Day-to-day duties will include:

• Assist with the preparation of service charge budgets and issue certificates and additional invoices following service charge reconciliation

• Assist in gaining vacant possession of properties, liaising with enforcement agents and solicitors

• Administration of property insurance including apportionment of premiums, and the raising and issuing of invoices

• Maintain property inspection schedules, arranging annual and other inspections as necessary

• Identify and implement asset management opportunities where recommended

• Liaise as appropriate with clients, tenants, and contractors

• Provide accurate, timely client reports

• Undertake site visits where necessary to meet contractors and carry out basic property inspections
