Client-Side Property Manager (AD Level)

I am currently partnering with an exciting City Centre-based Commercial Property company that is looking for an Associate Director to join the team. Their portfolio consists of pioneering office space across the city centre and wider Greater Manchester/ Northwest region. You will be an integral part of a growing team, bringing ideas to the table, and working across two very distinct portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• You will take responsibility and ownership of the service charge budget expenditure for several buildings within the portfolio. You will be a subject matter expert, looking at how to refine systems, processes, and procedures.

• You will prepare service charge budgets, reconcile in accordance with best practice, and carry out audits to ensure everything is running as efficiently as possible.

• Supporting the Regional Director, you will work closely with the Property & Asset Management team, supporting with all aspects of service change management, whilst also focusing on special projects including the onboarding of new assets/developments.

The Right Person:

• A commercially led Property Manager, you will have a proven track record in the management, setting and analysis of service charge budgets and expenditures, and be confident in your abilities.

• You will understand the importance of building relationships with tenants and internal / external teams.

• Experience of working with joint venture partners and investment acquisitions would also be advantageous.
