I am thrilled to partner with a boutique commercial real estate company looking to expand their team in Leeds. They are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to join their dynamic team following a successful growth period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Optimisation: Identify strategies to optimize and diversify the portfolios under your management, enhancing asset value.

• Lease Management: Oversee all lettings, renewals, rent reviews, and lease negotiations, while producing comprehensive financial reports for clients.

• Property Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including setting and overseeing service charge budgets, addressing tenant queries, and collaborating with wider teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Property Asset Manager role. MRICS qualification is a plus.

• Career Growth: This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career and build a team. Familiarity with the Leeds property market is essential.

• Attitude: A positive, proactive approach is key. You should be someone who goes the extra mile, with the ability to work independently.
