Client Accountant Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to manage a team of Client Accountants, which includes four direct reports. This team works across seven commercial portfolios, and you will be overseeing the financial functions of these commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Set clear objectives and manage performance.
Conduct regular one-on-ones and appraisals.
Manage the business support finance department, set goals, and design frameworks to achieve them.
Serve as the main liaison for clients, regarding all service charge and financial matters.
Oversee service charge, reserves, and projects reporting/accounting.
Ensure all standard and client-specific reporting meets SLA and KPI requirements.
Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
Handle relationships with auditors for company and service charge accounts.
