Cobalt is representing a well-established property developer & landlord who, following organic growth, is seeking to hire a Building Maintenance Operative. This role will be A bespoke real estate owner and investor, our client has grown from strength to strength in recent years due to their flexible, sustainable approach to developing and managing prime properties across London and is looking for like-minded individuals to join them on their journey moving forward.

This role will see you join the wider team at a retail-led mixed-use development, driving forward a proactive maintenance service within a vibrant estate.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing any M&E works & projects within the Property.

  • Managing the sites hard services in conjunction with the other FM teams established on site.

  • Ensuring the effective maintenance of building plant and fabric throughout the property.

  • Managing the work of outsourced suppliers/having a voice in procurement.

  • Our client is seeking a natural leader coming from a Maintenance heavy background to ensure top tier service from the successful applicant and teams surrounding.

  • Ensuring full compliance with UK H&S legislation

As the successful applicant, you'll be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering a comprehensive maintenance in a customer-service centric environment (such as hospitality, commercial property, residential property etc)

Due to the nature of the site, this role will require very occasional weekend work (1 in every 6 weekends) with time off given in lieu.

The type of property you have worked within previously is not as important as the character you display, and as a proactive, social, forward-thinking individual you'll find yourself at home within this family-run property owner.
