Portfolio location: North West London
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum plus car allowance
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working - 2 days in the Central London office, 3 days at home
Qualification Required: IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Management)

Responsibilities:
As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing and overseeing a portfolio of residential properties in London
Liaising with property owners, residents, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolve any issues.
Overseeing property maintenance, repairs, and renovations in collaboration with contractors and service providers.
Preparing budgets, financial reports, and managing service charge accounts.
Ensuring compliance with relevant property management regulations and industry standards.
Conducting regular property inspections and addressing health and safety concerns promptly.
Attending meetings, both virtual and in-person, to discuss property management matters and share updates with stakeholders.
Implementing effective property management strategies to enhance property values and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
A proven track record in property management, preferably with a focus on residential properties.
The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents, property owners, and colleagues.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
A valid driver's license, as well as the ability to travel in London
